My experience with the school was amazing. I didn’t have any difficulty when it came to the school.

We were given an opportunity to do a practical week at Awela. The experience was hard at first as we are used to our in-house kitchen, but we got the hang of it and everything went smooth.

The creative factor I contain is, I like thinking out of the box.

Trying to see things in a different way than they are, the Pop-up restaurant actually showed me that.

And what I lack is time management, seeking help when I need it because I intend to do everything by myself which ends wasting the time I don’t have. I need to learn how to delegate.

Honestly don’t have much to say I just have to be appreciative to what I’ve gained and use that knowledge in the next step of the chapter.
